Refund Policy

At Eztrackr, we value our customers and strive to provide the best experience possible. Refunds are available under the following conditions, subject to the type of subscription purchased.

Individual (Direct) Subscription Plans

  • If you are not satisfied with our product, we offer full refunds for the current billing period.
  • If you have forgotten to cancel your subscription and were charged for a new billing period, we offer full refunds for that billing period, provided the request is made promptly.

Organization-Based Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased by users who enroll in Eztrackr as part of an organization, coaching program, or enterprise arrangement are not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law.

These subscriptions are provisioned with immediate access to platform features and organizational tools, and pricing for such subscriptions is negotiated and structured at the organizational level.

Lifetime Plans

Refund requests for Lifetime Plans must be made within five (5) days of purchase.

To request a refund for an eligible subscription, please email us at info@eztrackr.app using the account email associated with your Eztrackr account.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
