# Eztrackr

> Eztrackr is a job application tracking platform with an ATS-optimized resume builder. It has two products: a free tool for individual job seekers, and Eztrackr for Organizations, a branded job-search platform for career coaches, coaching businesses, and placement teams.

The job seeker product tracks applications from saving a job to receiving an offer.

Eztrackr for Organizations helps career coaches and placement teams give every client a premium job-search toolkit under the organization's plan, while giving the team live visibility into applications, interviews, offers, outreach, and who needs help. The core idea: clients use Eztrackr because it helps them job search; coaches get visibility because that usage creates real activity data. Coaches also use the branded toolkit as a concrete inclusion in their own program offer, to differentiate it from competitors and support charging a premium price.
